If your code is lost or not working after a reinstall, contact sales@mitcalc.com or orders@mitcalc.com for a replacement.
MITCalc notifies users of license expiration through the Authorization dialog. To update an existing installation with a new code (renew), the process is identical to the initial authorization: receiving a new code via email and entering it into the dialog.
: If the authorization box is grayed out or unselectable, you may be trying to use a "full version" code on a "stand-alone calculation" module or vice versa. In this case, ensure you have the correct software version installed as specified in your authorization email. Copy the new 20-25 character alphanumeric code. Open MITCALC, go to License > Enter Authorization Code UPD , paste the code, and click “Activate.” If your code is lost or not working

Visit the official MITCALC support page → “Authorization Code UPD Request Form.”
If you cannot open the authorization dialog, the MITCalc add-in may not be loaded properly in Excel. Re-run the installation ( mitcalc.xla ) via the Windows Start Menu, or manually add it via Excel File > Options > Add-Ins > Go... > Browse .
