As mentioned above, AV software flags trainers because of the injection method. FLiNG Trainers are generally not picked up by signature-based detection because the code itself is unique. However, behavioral detection will almost always trigger a warning because the trainer attempts to open a file handle to another process (the game) to write memory. To use these trainers, you almost always have to disable your AV or add the file to the exception/whitelist.
